Rich, tender steak bites seared to perfection and smothered in a velvety garlic Parmesan cream sauce. This quick, restaurant-quality dinner is perfect for busy weeknights or romantic date nights — flavorful, comforting, and ready in under 30 minutes!

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the Steak: Pat steak dry with paper towels. Generously season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Sear the Steak: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.

  • Combine: Add the steak back to the pan and toss in the creamy sauce until fully coated.

  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies.

Notes

  • You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.

  • Add a splash of white wine or chicken broth to deglaze the pan for extra flavor.

  • Great with roasted asparagus or garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
