- 12 spring roll wrappers (not rice paper)
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

How to Make Air Fryer Vegetable Spring Rolls
Step 1: Cook the Filling
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add:

- Carrots
- Bell pepper
- Green onions
Cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
