  • 12 spring roll wrappers (not rice paper)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

How to Make Air Fryer Vegetable Spring Rolls

Step 1: Cook the Filling

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for about 30 seconds.

Add:

  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Bell pepper
  • Green onions

Cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.

Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let cool completely.

Step 2: Roll the Spring Rolls

Place a wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.

Add 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center.
Fold bottom corner over filling → fold in sides → roll tightly.

Seal the edge with a little water.

Step 3: Air Fry

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
