5 Fun Ways To Teach Your Child To Write
If you have younger children it may seem harder to keep them more engaged than an older child. It is not that they are unwilling to learn or that your child is being disobedient. Your teaching has to be age-appropriate. And for ages 2 to 5, flashcards and things of that sort may be a bore. These fun activities will stimulate their growing minds and make them want to engage instead of making them.

Shaving Cream-
Your student/child will simply love this activity. Feeling soft squishy foam going through their fingers enhances their sensory senses.
On kid’s, table release a ton of shaving cream. Have your child smooth it out then write the letters of the alphabet. You can switch this up with he/she also writing their given vocab for the week.
Water Hunt
Place water in a bucket with magnetic letters.
Get a sheet A to z and put it in a dry erase cover.
Get a large spoon and scoop it up and add find the match on the plastic dry erase sheet.
Playdough
A fun way to shape the given letters, words, or numbers.
Stamps/Stickers
Preschoolers will really enjoy this activity. It will help your child recognize the letter and how it’s shaped and formed. Up
Crayons
Your child can trace then write the letter in a different form of writing. For example: Write the vocabulary in different writing utensils, like markers or pens.
