Total Time:1 hour 10 minutes
Yield:6 servings

12 hard boiled eggs
2 teaspoons of white distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon of table salt
1/3 cup of mustard
2/3 cup of relish
1/4 cup of fine grain white sugar
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
Paparika
Garnish (optional) for toppings
Instructions
Heat large pot with water, distilled vinegar, and salt.Once the water comes to a boiling add the eggs.
Let the eggs boil in the water for 20 minutes. Safely take out the eggs and place them in a bowl of cold water. Let sit for 10 mins.
Crack and peel the eggs. Slice the eggs into halves (1/2) The long way.
Take out the yellow yolk within the eggs once they are cut in halves. Place the yolk in a large dish bowl.
Once the egg yolk is in the bowl. Crumble the yolk with a fork until its all in fine small pieces.
Add the relish, mayonnaise, sugar, and mustard to do the bowl of yolk. Stir all the ingredients together and evenly.
Place all the ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Cut a small hole at the bottom corner of the bag. Turn it upside down and squeeze the contents into each egg hole. (Think of how the bakers use that icing decorator for cakes and they are squeezing the icing neatly on the cake? This is a hack for that.
Top each egg with a sprinkle of paprika. If you like to add a sprinkle of garnish to add to the appearance you can do that now. Enjoy! Serve room temperature.
